At ACG Go Anime, we want you to love your gear as much as your favorite series; if your apparel isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all anime-themed tags and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
